Our family makes energy balls as a healthy snack on a regular basis. I usually whip up a basic recipe and even if its a double batch, it doesn’t last long because these little things are like tiny morsels of snack heaven. Since variety is the spice of life I mix it up sometimes with a new combo. My husband loves pecans and because I generally cater to our children when it comes to snack making, I decided to make up a batch that was especially for him. Unfortunately for daddy, all of our kids like his cinnamon pecan energy balls 😉 Mom tried. See how fast yours disappear and make some of your own with our recipe below.Continue reading “Healthy Snack Recipe: Cinnamon Pecan Energy Balls”

So at home I like to play around occasionally to mix things up, and that is how my recipe for healthy pumpkin turmeric tea came about. Keep scrolling to find out how to whip up your own mug.Continue reading “Healthy Pumpkin Turmeric Tea: Get the Recipe”
