Basic Energy Balls

  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup natural nut butter
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)


  • Add all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and combined well.
  • Form the mixture into round shapes slightly smaller than a ping pong ball.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate in an air tight container for later.
