Power Protein Oatmeal

  • 1/2 cup Quick oats
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 Tsp Natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 Tbsp Raw honey
  • 1 Tsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tsp Ground flax seed
  • 1 Tsp Coconut oil
  • 1/2 Scoop Protein powder of your choice
  • Dash Cinnamon
  • Splash Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • Small Handful Berries of your choice
  • Small Handful Dark chocolate chips (optional)


  • Combined the quick oats and water in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute, 30 seconds.
  • Add the peanut butter first so that it slightly melts from the heat.
  • Then, add in all of the ingredients, except the berries and dark chocolate chips, and stir.
  • Top with your choice of berries and dark chocolate chips.
  • Eat and enjoy.
