If you haven’t noticed I’m a little obsessed with pom-pom ball crafts lately. They are so easy and fun to make. So it’s no surprise that I bring you this pom-pom garland tutorial. Decorating with a Pom-Pom Garland

Decorating your home is all about adding your own personal touch to your favorite style. So, if you are a creative, like me, even if you are just a beginner, you like to incorporate decor pieces that you have made or had an influence on.

Step #1: Make your pom-pom balls.

Get yourself a pom-pom maker, they come in a set of 4 sizes, are inexpensive, and make the best pom-poms.

You can make all of your pom-poms the same size or combined different sizes on the same garland.

Step #2: Measure and cut your garland strand.

Decide what length you want your garland and cut your strand of whatever material you are using accordingly.

Be sure to measure twice and cut once (a lesson my husband reminds me of often).

You can also add large beads, pine cones, or other items and string them in between your pom-poms.

Step #3: Tie on your pom-poms

Lay out your strand on the floor. Then arrange your pom-poms by placing them in the order and spacing of your preference.

Once your pom-poms are set the way you like them you can begin to tie them onto your strand.

I like to start in the middle and work my way out but you can use whatever process that works best for you.

Finally, after all of your pom-poms have been tied you can trim the long yarn pieces so that they blend in with the rest of the pom-pom.
