Nowadays it seems almost imperative for parents, especially moms, and kids to have some type of clothing items for every holiday, team, or special event (like birthdays) to wear. I openly admit that I have completely fallen victim to this addictive habit because, well, its fun. Then I purchased a Cricut, and oh boy, it opened up a whole new level of personalized clothing options that I could easily create myself with it’s iron on vinyl and multitude of fonts and templates. I’ve had hits and misses but I always try to find the best clothes that are cute, comfortable, and fit my lifestyle. As a mom I still want to look good, but I can’t chase my toddler around all day in clothes that don’t feel good. So here are the pieces that like the best when creating Cricut clothing projects while living the mom life.

Best Clothes to Buy for Cricut Projects and DIYs
Best Adult T-shirt: Tri-Blend T-Shirt from Bella+Canvas
Bella+Canvas is a popular company among wholesalers so it makes our list a few times, but you can find their styles on Amazon as well. They are convenient to order, especially if you have an Amazon Prime account. The triblend t-shirts come in a variety of colors and are oh-so-soft. These are my go-to tees for DIY projects with my Cricut.
Best Kids T-Shirts: Girls Crewneck T-Shirt from French Toast &
This adorable top is from French Toast and perfect for girls. I bought a couple of these for my daughter to wear. They are soft and the added detail at the neck makes them look a little more feminine than a regular tee. Available in sizes 2T-16.
Don’t forget about the boys. This regular crew neck style is great for them and comes in a variety of colors. Sizes range from 2T-16. It washes up nice, but is 100% cotton so be sure to account for some shrinkage.
Best for Women: Next Level Lady’s Dolman T-Shirt
This one, from Next Level, is for the ladies who want a little sexier style than a regular t-shirt, but still comfortable. The wider neck allows it to be worn off the shoulder if desired.
Best Tank Tops: Next Level Racerback & Muscle Tank from Bella+Canvas
The racerback tank from Next Level is a great pick for the summer or the gym. It has a flowy fit so the comfort level is high and it is inexpensive to order. Available in a variety of colors.
This muscle tank from Bella+Canvas is my personal favorite style. I have several of these with designs made from my cricut for my kids’ various sports team or other sayings. I recently ordered a mauve color and used black iron-on vinyl that read “Vintage 1982”, which is my birth year. It is also available in a flowy style if you prefer.
Best Ladies Sweatshirt: Dutebare Pocket Pullover
The is a picture of me AFTER I applied my Cricut vinyl. The sweatshirt comes plain and in a variety of colors but I loved this shirt so much that I wanted to give you a real life (not catalog) look at it. Plus, it has pockets!! It is super comfy and will be my every Friday night shirt for this football season as I watch my boys play.
Best 3/4 Length T-Shirt: Next Level Unisex 3/4 Sleeve Raglan Tee
Next Level gets another nod on the list, this time not just because of comfort, but because of price. You can snag this baseball style 3/4 sleeve t-shirt for a bargain and in several different color combos. Styled for both men and women.
Best Hat: Dalix Trucker Hat
I own several brands of trucker hats and this one from Dalix is the best fit. It has a lower profile than some so it won’t make you look like Elmer Fudd, and comes in solid colors, as well as two-tone choices.
